The Opportunity – Dual Role (OHS / WHS + CQI)
This unique full time position combines:

3 days/week – OHS / WHS Coordination
-
2 days/week – Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
You will play a key role in ensuring safe workplaces, regulatory compliance, and high performing systems across our NSW and Victoria sites.
Your Key Responsibilities
Work Health & Safety (WHS)
-
Coordinate WHS systems in line with NSW & VIC legislation
-
Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification & control implementation
-
Manage incident reporting, investigations & corrective actions
-
Provide WHS advice, guidance and training to staff
-
Maintain WHS documentation, policies and procedures (LogicqQMS)
-
Support audits, compliance reporting and system improvements
-
Promote a proactive safety-first culture
Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
-
Support the Quality Management System (QMS) and data integrity
-
Assist with audits, accreditation and compliance activities
-
Contribute to CQI projects and system improvements
-
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
About You
-
Experience and/or qualifications in WHS, Quality, Risk or Compliance
-
HSEQ specialist with passion for motivating cultural change and ensuring safe workplaces
-
Sound understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and quality systems
-
Experience with incident management, audits and policy development
-
Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
-
Cultural awareness and ability to work respectfully with Aboriginal communities
-
Current driver’s licence
