Café Supervisor – Part Time
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic hospitality professional who is ready to take the next step in their career.
This role would ideally suit someone who has experience leading shifts, supporting a team and delivering great customer service, and who is keen to take on more responsibility within a well-established branded café environment.

As a Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the café, helping lead the team, maintain service standards and ensure every shift runs smoothly.
This is a part-time position, with ongoing training, coaching and support provided to help you develop your leadership skills and progress your hospitality career.
The role requires early morning and weekend availability, along with some flexibility across the week.
Previous supervisory, shift-leading or management experience is highly desirable. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with strong hospitality experience, a positive attitude and the confidence to lead a team.
Pay: $35.00 – $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
