We are looking to fill the following positions:
- Qualified Early Childhood Teacher
Ideally applicants will have:
- Completed a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care, current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis certificate or be willing to obtain one
- Have sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Be committed to deliver high quality care demonstrate sound knowledge of the new EYLF system
- Be innovative, creative and motivated to create a centre of choice for families within the local community
- Have excellent team work skills, competent in taking initiative and participating in the functioning of the centre
- Participate in building strong morale amongst the staff and a caring environment for the children
- Demonstrate commitment to customer service and an ability to develop warm and respectful relationships with families and children
- Be available at short notice for shifts & flexibility to work sporadically
Successful applicants will be required to undergo and pass a Working with Children Check (paid work).
As an Early Childhood Teacher you will
- Mentor, lead and guide a room-based teams to deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
- You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating learning experiences, supporting educator practice, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
- This role also involves building strong relationships with children and families, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining a strong focus on child safety, wellbeing, and compliance with all regulatory and service requirements.
