We are seeking a Full-Time Front Office Coordinator to join our friendly team. The Role
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience by providing warm, professional service at all touchpoints.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice by working collaboratively with clinicians and other team members.
- Manage and optimise the appointment schedule to maximise productivity, minimise cancellations and enable efficient use of clinical time.
- Support continuity of patient care through proactive rebooking, patient reactivation and the submission of specialist referrals.
- Maintain financial integrity by accurately processing payments and health fund claims in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the practice through regular tracking of key performance metrics.
- Support safe clinical care through effective instrument reprocessing and adherence to infection control and radiation safety protocols.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
