Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day facility management operations across Western Turner site.
- Lead and support operational personnel to achieve project objectives, KPIs, and service delivery requirements.
- Manage workforce planning, Mob, Demob, including rosters, leave, timesheets, and subcontractor coordination.
- Monitor resource allocation, plant, equipment, and fleet utilisation to maximise operational efficiency.
- Maintain regular communication with Project Managers, employees, and client representatives.
- Ensure all project documentation, reports, and records are completed accurately and on time.
- Participate in and facilitate toolbox meetings, pre-start meetings, HSE meetings, quality meetings, and other operational discussions.
- Monitor project costs, identify scope variations, and assist with invoicing where required.
- Provide technical guidance and operational support to employees and subcontractors.
- Support site HR and industrial relations activities in line with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure company vehicles, plant, and equipment remain compliant, safe, and fit for purpose.
- Promote a positive safety culture by identifying hazards, reporting incidents, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional presentation and fitness for work at all times.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Must have a Statutory Supervisor Certificate (Section 26)
- Minimum 3 years of FIFO experience in supervisory role within Facility Management in Mining industries is required.
- Valid C Class WA Driver's Licence (essential).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR/IR requirements, including Fair Work obligations and general OH&S principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Sound knowledge of health and safety, workforce planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
