South Bunbury Community Aged Care is seeking passionate and qualified Enrolled Nurses to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis at our brand-new, purpose-built 180-bed residential aged care home opening in November 2026.

About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide safe, effective and person-centred nursing care to residents while supporting their physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering nursing care in accordance with professional standards and organisational policies

Administering medications and treatments within scope of practice

Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health status

Supporting care planning and clinical assessments

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

Collaborating with Registered Nurses, allied health professionals and care staff

Promoting resident dignity, independence and quality of life

Participating in quality improvement and continuous professional development activities
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Essential Requirements

Current unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse

Minimum 2 years' post-registration nursing experience, preferably within residential aged care, community care, rehabilitation or hospital settings

Current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)

Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality clinical care

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Sound clinical assessment and problem-solving abilities

Strong organisational and time-management skills
-
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement

Competency using electronic clinical systems and technology
Desirable

Experience working within residential aged care

Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards

Current First Aid and CPR certification
