About Us
We are ShedTech – a family-owned business supporting independent shed dealers across Australia. Our software makes it easy to design, quote, and generate engineering for a wide range of steel structures nationwide. Through our buying group, Shed Alliance, we take the hassle out of ordering steel buildings by connecting our dealers with trusted, preferred suppliers.
About the Role
This is an exciting time for ShedTech. Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an organised and friendly team member to join us in Springwood.
You’ll be at the centre of our operations, supporting sales, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. As a software company operating within the building and construction industry, no two days are the same. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating across teams, and love turning opportunities into results, this is your chance to shine.

- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and assist with general office duties and maintaining a tidy workplace when required.
2. Order Entry & Office Administration
- Raise and process orders using our ShedTech software (full training provided).
- Coordinate order documentation, including invoicing and engineering certifications.
- Process customer credits and returns efficiently.
- Handle quality issues and customer complaints with professionalism and urgency.
3. Team Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between sales, drafting, and supplier manufacturing teams.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Participate in Sales & Operation tool-box meetings.
What You Bring to the Role
You’re a motivated, customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and solving problems. You take initiative, stay organised under pressure, and bring a positive, team-first attitude to everything you do.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in sales support, administration, logistics, or project coordination.
- Confidence using computers and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional manner.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
