About the role
You will provide clinical leadership in shaping, delivering and sustaining a specialised allied health service supporting patients undergoing awake neurosurgical procedures at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH). The role focuses on enabling a coordinated, contemporary approach to care that integrates across neurosurgical, oncology and allied health teams and responds to the complexity of patient needs across the continuum of patient selection, preoperative screening and assessment, intraoperative testing, discharge planning and post operative follow up.
