What We're Looking
ForBaristas
- Minimum 1 year of specialty coffee experience
- Confident in dialling in espresso and latte art
- Able to work efficiently during busy service periods
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
Supervisors
- Previous café or restaurant supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage service, motivate the team, and maintain high standards
- Flexible availability, including weekends
Waitstaff
- Previous café or restaurant experience preferred
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
