We are currently recruiting for an Apartment Block Caretaker - Claremont to join our Team.
About the Role
- Monday - Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm
- Total 25 hours a week
- Cleaning external areas and wet areas on a rotation basis
- Following strict security and OHS procedures
- Remove litters and debris on footpaths by using blower
- Sweep the car parks
- Not afraid to get their hands dirty
- Pick the litters with the help of litter picker
- Empty and wash bins and manage recyclable waste
- clean and maintain the common areas , lobbies of the apartment block
- Able to work autonomously & take pride in their work
- Work in a great Team Environment
- Immediate Start
