Who are we?
Liontown Limited (ASX: LTR) is one of Australia's newest and most exciting lithium producers. Our Kathleen Valley Lithium Operation in Western Australia is a world-class, tier-one asset with a 20+ year mine life — and we're building a passionate, world-class team to support it for the long term.
Our Sustaining Capital team keeps Kathleen Valley running and improving as the operation matures, delivering the capital works that maintain and upgrade the asset over its life. These are 2-year maximum term roles, based in Perth with travel to site as required.
Why join now?
This is a rare chance to build a dedicated Sustaining Capital delivery capability from the ground up — developing the frameworks, systems, and processes that will shape how the portfolio is delivered for years to come.
You'll work across a diverse and evolving range of mid-value capital works packages across the operation, from process plant upgrades to infrastructure and reliability improvements. If building robust delivery frameworks on a live, operating asset is what drives you, this is the role.
What you'll be doing
Developing and customising the delivery framework, systems, and processes for sustaining capital projects to ensure efficiency, traceability, and alignment across the business
Developing scopes of work, business cases, budgets, and schedules for assigned sustaining capital packages, ensuring alignment with operational requirements
Sourcing and procuring contractors, and managing tender and award processes across the sustaining capital portfolio
Overseeing the execution of mid-range sustaining capital works packages, monitoring performance against safety, quality, schedule, and cost expectations
Providing accurate project reporting and updates to key stakeholders
Identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and maintaining compliance with statutory and company standards
Working collaboratively with site operations, engineering, and supply teams to ensure seamless project integration
What we are looking for
Tertiary qualification in engineering — mechanical, process, electrical, or a related discipline
Proven experience in project management within the mining or resources sector
Strong understanding of procurement and contract management processes
Demonstrated capability in managing multiple mid-value capital projects simultaneously
Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Have obtained a National Police Clearance in the last six months, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
