About you
We are seeking an accomplished, energetic person to assist our Store Manager.
You will need to be someone with high energy, experience, a passion for people and an eye for detail.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with at least 1 of those years working in a senior role within a retail food outlet at the highest standards. The role requires a highly capable individual who is a leader and a team player with a proven track record.
About the role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, and operational excellence. This extends to assisting in staff recruitment, rostering, local area marketing, store merchandising, transaction and waste management. This role will require you to be available to work across the store trading hours, including weekends when required. You must know how to make barista standard coffee.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Work with the Store manager to ensure the store to meets budget or better
- Deliver exceptional service driven by personal charisma, energy and outstanding team development
- End to end management of a company store including responsibility for staff, stock, sales, compliance & budgets
- Create a culture that delivers the highest customer experience in the network.
- Work 38hrs across 5 days a week including a Saturday or Sunday shift
