NTT Data is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade data products and cloud-native data platforms. This role will play a critical part in delivering trusted data solutions that support advanced analytics, reporting, AI/ML initiatives, Generative AI use cases, and emerging agentic workflow capabilities.
The successful candidate will bring strong expertise across Python, SQL, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), modern data engineering practices, orchestration technologies, and scalable ETL/ELT frameworks. Experience supporting AI-powered solutions and intelligent workflow automation will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cloud-native data solutions within the GCP ecosystem.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions using Python and SQL.
- Build and optimise ETL/ELT frameworks and large-scale data processing pipelines.
- Implement orchestration and workflow automation solutions to support enterprise data platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop data solutions that support AI, machine learning, Generative AI, and agentic workflows.
- Implement governance, monitoring, observability, security, and performance best practices across data products.
Skills & Experience
- Strong previous experience in Data Engineering within enterprise environments.
- Advanced Python development skills and strong SQL expertise.
- Hands-on experience with GCP services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Composer.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and distributed processing frameworks.
- Experience designing and supporting scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and workflow orchestration technologies.
- Exposure to AI, Generative AI, API integrations, and agentic workflow architectures.
