Lead pricing, inventory, and revenue strategies across a portfolio of properties, with a primary focus on Mindil Beach Casino Resort

Develop and implement room revenue, pricing, and inventory strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability

Analyse booking trends, market demand, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

Manage room rates and inventory across property management systems, distribution channels, and online travel agencies

Produce revenue forecasts, performance reports, and commercial insights to support decision making
-
Partner with hotel, sales, marketing, and reservations teams to drive business performance
-
Support the hotel leadership team with revenue management expertise and strategic recommendations
-
Demonstrated experience in hotel revenue management
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights

Experience working with hotel systems including PMS, GDS, CRS, channel managers, and online distribution platforms
-
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with reporting and forecasting tools
-
A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across teams

Qualifications in Hotel Management, Tourism, Economics, or a related discipline will be highly regarded
