Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the daily operations of our restaurant and bar outlets. Working closely with the F&B Manager, you will help lead the team, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all F&B areas.
About the Role
Supervise daily restaurant/ bar operations
Provide hands-on leadership during shifts
Support staff training, coaching, and development
Maintain high service standards across all F&B outlets
Assist with rostering, labour control, and workforce planning
Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, hygiene, and workplace practices
Liaise with the kitchen, F&B management, and other departments to deliver seamless service
Address guest enquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism

Qualifications & Experience-
AQF Certificate II or III, OR
At least 1 year of relevant experience, OR
Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience may substitute formal qualifications.
Experience supervising teams in a customer service-driven environment
Strong computer literacy, including POS and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Fair Work standards and safe work practices
Ability to build strong guest and team relationships
