Barista – Pancha (Hamilton & South Brisbane)
Pancha is growing, and we’re looking for two great baristas to join our team — one for our Hamilton café and one for our brand-new South Brisbane pop-up. We are open to the right candidate to split their time between the two venues and available 5 days a week.
We’re a cute, cosy and friendly neighbourhood café on Racecourse Road, and with new sites planned for 2026 and beyond, we’re looking for long-term team members who want to grow with us. Unique opportunities will open up for the right person as we expand across Brisbane. The role comes with perks such as free staff meals each and every shift, on site parking at the Hamilton location and frequent staff events throughout the year!
About You
- Experienced barista: Confident handling a moderate coffee volume. Our Hamilton site can hit 20kg+ on weekends, often managed solo due to space — so solid workflow, consistency and basic latte art are essential.
- Customer-focused & personable: You enjoy engaging with customers and creating a warm, familiar environment. We have a loyal regular base who come back for the coffee and the conversation. Remembering names, faces and coffee orders is a big plus.
- Team-first attitude: We’re a small, tight-knit team that supports each other. You value collaboration, communicate well, and naturally help others when needed.
- Weekend availability: Both weekend days essential
