What you'll be doing
Provision of efficient, high level administrative services to the manager (and team as applicable) in line with current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
You are an experienced and professional administrative specialist with a proven ability to provide high-level support within complex and fast-paced environments. You excel at managing competing priorities, coordinating multiple activities, and delivering efficient administrative services while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality and organisational objectives.
Your advanced interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills enable you to build productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, confidently manage challenging situations, and resolve issues with professionalism and tact. You are highly organised and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, identify solutions to complex problems, and meet demanding deadlines through effective planning and prioritisation.
Proficient across a wide range of business applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, spreadsheets and graphical reporting tools, you leverage technology to support informed decision-making and streamline administrative processes. A proactive and self-motivated professional, you work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative, independence and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
