As our Parts Manager, you will lead a dedicated Parts team, manage our growing customer base, and oversee inventory control to ensure the efficient operation of the department. As a key member of the dealership's management team, you will play an integral role in driving business growth, improving operational performance, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

About You

Demonstrated experience in the automotive industry, ideally within a Parts Department.

Experience with parts inventory management and inventory control systems.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Sound organisational, administrative, and computer skills.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve results.

Previous management or supervisory experience will be highly regarded.
