We're looking for a mature, compassionate male support worker to join our participant's support team on the Gold Coast
We're hoping to find someone who is naturally kind, calm, patient, and empathetic, with experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities and mental health challenges. Someone who can build genuine rapport, provide consistent support, and create a safe, positive environment.
Experience supporting participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred.
