The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our growing team. This is a key operations support role, ideal for someone who thrives on detail, keeps things moving behind the scenes, and enjoys being a central part of project delivery.
You'll play a pivotal role in our day-to-day project operations: managing documentation, coordinating activities, assisting with procurement, and supporting both onsite and remote teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide project admin support, including document control, correspondence, and version management
- Coordinate and schedule meetings; prepare agendas, take minutes, track action items
- Assist with onboarding processes, including site inductions and training records
- Maintain registers for team attendance, contact details, and certifications
- Process purchase orders, delivery dockets, and supplier invoices
- Support reporting, presentation development, and project documentation
- Uphold compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to enable smooth site and project operations
- Manage office and project supply inventories
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in project or site administration, ideally within engineering, construction, or technical consulting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based document control tools (e.g. SharePoint, Teams)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- An understanding of the project lifecycle within engineering consultancy is highly desirable
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Administration, Project Management or related field
- A proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to quality outcomes

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
