Role Overview:
As our Business Development Lead , you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion in the digital and e-commerce space. You’ll leverage your 7-10 years of experience to consult with mid-market and enterprise clients, offering personalized solutions that meet their unique challenges. If you have a knack for building relationships, a curious mind, and a proven track record of sales achievements, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the ANZ market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients
- Understand client business challenges and propose suitable digital solutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with presales, delivery, finance, and legal teams throughout the sales cycle
- Attend networking events, conferences, and industry activities to expand market presence
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting updates
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in business development, consulting, or solution sales within digital, technology, or eCommerce industries
- Proven experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, eCommerce, or technology consulting services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and commercially minded
- Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills
