Your new role:
As the Manager, Employment Relations, you will provide strategic advice and leadership on complex employment and industrial relations matters across Metro South Health.
Lead the management of complex employment relations matters, including advocacy before industrial tribunals and commissions.
Provide expert advice to executive leaders on employment legislation, industrial instruments and workforce strategies.
Drive employment relations initiatives, organisational change projects and workforce capability programs.
Lead and support a high-performing team while building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
About you:
You are an experienced employment relations professional with a strong understanding of industrial legislation and a passion for delivering practical workforce solutions.
Demonstrated expertise managing complex employment and industrial relations matters in a large organisation.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience providing authoritative advice and preparing high-level submissions.
Proven leadership capability with the ability to manage competing priorities and foster a collaborative team environment.
