Ranomata Cuisine is looking for friendly, reliable and well-presented Wait Staff to join our team in Illawong.
We have day and night shifts available, with shifts operating between 7:00 am and midnight. We are looking for team members who enjoy working with people and can provide excellent customer service in a busy restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving meals and beverages
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Checking on customers throughout their dining experience
- Processing payments and handling customer enquiries
- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
- Assisting with takeaway and counter orders when required
- Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
What we are looking for:
- Friendly, confident and well presented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Previous waitstaff or hospitality experience is preferred
- Availability for day and/or night shifts between 7:00 am and midnight
- Weekend availability is highly regarded
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- RSA is highly regarded if applicable to your duties
