Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Do
- Partner with operational leaders to drive safety, health and environmental compliance across VIC, SA, NSW and TAS.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations to improve workplace safety.
- Provide practical coaching and technical advice on SHE policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
- Maintain accurate compliance records while preparing reports and analysing SHE performance.
- Support operational teams through regular site visits and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Hold a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or an equivalent qualification.
- Bring experience from a WHS, Safety Advisor or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of workplace health, safety and environmental practices.
- Communicate confidently while building trusted relationships with managers and clients.
- Stay organised, proactive and committed to creating safer workplaces every day.
