We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Wendouree. In this role, you will work collaboratively with qualified pharmacists to support the smooth operation of our pharmacy while delivering exceptional customer care.
As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, you will be the friendly face of our pharmacy, helping patients find the right products and ensuring our pharmacy runs efficiently every day.

Maintain efficient stock control systems, including receiving, checking, and shelving pharmaceutical products

Process customer transactions accurately and professionally using pharmacy management systems

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and creating a welcoming pharmacy environment

Support the pharmacist with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and documentation

Collaborate with team members to achieve pharmacy goals and support colleagues in delivering quality patient care
