Seasons is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand & Strategy team at our Brendale Support Office. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Brand & Strategy, you’ll play a key role in delivering marketing, communications and content initiatives that support our retirement living, home care and residential aged care services. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys working across campaigns, content, events and digital channels to increase brand awareness, audience engagement and lead generation.
This is a 12-month parental leave contract, based at Seasons Support Office in Brendale. Full-time hours are preferred; however, we would consider candidates seeking four days per week.
You will:
- Coordinate marketing projects and content initiatives across digital, print and community channels to support customer engagement and business growth.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including social media posts, resident and employee stories, newsletters, website content, photography and video.
- Maintain and optimise digital platforms, including website content, online listings, reviews and SEO initiatives.
- Support the planning and delivery of community events, open days, expos and information sessions.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and maintain marketing calendars, project trackers and content schedules.
- Build strong relationships with community teams, sales teams, support office stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes.
Who we’re looking for:
You’re a creative and collaborative marketer who is proactive, adaptable and highly organised. You have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for connecting people through meaningful content and experiences. You take initiative, build positive relationships and are motivated by making a difference through your work.
You’ll also bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing, communications or digital marketing role.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline.
- Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (desirable).
- Current driver’s licence desirable.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Current national police check.
