Permanent, full time opportunity
As a Truck Driver/ Plant Operator, you will be primarily operating a Western Star Prime Mover and trailer combination for works associated with road maintenance and improvement, including camp services. You will be expected to provide relief back-up for the rubbish truck, tractor slasher and street sweeper.
You will be responsible for start-up, after start and shut down procedures and basic maintenance of plant and machinery under your control.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A MC Class Drivers licence
- Sound Knowledge of civil construction works, plant operations, basic maintenance activities and producers
- The ability to complete standard forms associated with inspection and reporting requirements.
