About The Role:
We have a great opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Accounts Clerk to become an integral part of our friendly and energetic team. This role will have a focus on supporting Warranty Accounts operations. Reporting to the Warranty Accounts Supervisor, this role offers a great opportunity to broaden your experience and develop your finance/accounting skills. The role is a 12-month fixed term contract with a view to permanent for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do:
- Preparation of data for invoicing
- Preparation of accounting confirmation data
- Issuing of credit notes
- Reconciliation of multiple accounts
- Processing of payments for third party providers
- Regular communication with third party providers
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- General admiration support to the team
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager
What You’ll Bring:
- Full Australian working rights is essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in AR, AP, reconciliations or similar
- Intermediate level of MS Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience with regular collation and creation of reports.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.High attention to detail and time management skills is a must.
