The Role:
This is a perfect entry-point into the hospitality industry! As a Front of House team member, you will be the face of our venue, learning all aspects of customer service in a supportive team environment. You will help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests walk in.
Your key duties will include:
- Greeting and seating guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Taking customer orders accurately and providing menu recommendations.
- Processing payments using our POS system.
- Preparing and serving beverages, including barista-made coffee (training provided).
- Ensuring tables are cleared and reset efficiently for the next guests.
- Helping to maintain a clean and tidy dining and service area.
About You:
You might be starting your first job, a student, or looking for a fun and flexible role. You are eager to learn, reliable, and love working with people.
What we're looking for:
- A fantastic, customer-focused attitude and a bright personality.
- Must have availability for at least two shifts (e.g., Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) AND rotating weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays).
- A keen willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A responsible and reliable nature.
- The legal right to work in Australia.
No formal experience? No problem! Full training will be provided for the right candidate with a great attitude.
