About the Role
Vista'Mare is seeking passionate and motivated Breakfast Chefs to join the opening team of our exciting new all-day dining destination at Crown Sydney.
Launching in July 2026 as part of Maestro Hospitality's acclaimed Italian dining precinct, Vista'Mare will bring together specialty coffee, Italian-inspired breakfast, casual daytime dining, aperitivo culture, premium wines, and exceptional harbour views in a vibrant and welcoming setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing hospitality group and be part of an opening team from day one.
What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch dishes to the highest standards
- Assisting with mise en place and daily kitchen preparation
- Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation across all menu items
- Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy breakfast and lunch services
- Following food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures
- Working collaboratively with chefs, kitchen hands, and front of house teams
- Contributing ideas and enthusiasm to a positive team culture
What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar role
- Full working rights in Australia
- Experience working with Italian cuisine or Mediterranean-inspired menus highly regarded
- Strong understanding of breakfast service and all-day dining operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about hospitality
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required
