About the Role:
We’re looking for a fun, creative, and reliable assistant to take the lead on social media management for our fast-paced eCommerce business. Your primary focus will be creating and posting engaging content, growing our community, and showcasing our products online.
Alongside this, you’ll also help out with packing orders and light warehouse duties when needed, making this a well-rounded role for someone who enjoys both creative and hands-on work.
What You’ll Be Doing (Social Media – Priority):
- Creating engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) to showcase products
- Writing captions and scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc.)
- Posting consistently to build our brand presence
- Engaging with our community – responding to comments, messages, tags
- Tracking post performance and suggesting creative ideas to grow reach and engagement
What You’ll Be Doing (Fulfilment Support):
- Helping pick and pack orders with care and accuracy
- Making sure parcels are neat, secure, and ready to impress
- Labelling and preparing orders for courier pickup
- Assisting with light warehouse duties and keeping the packing area tidy
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone energetic, creative, and positive – we like good vibes!
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- A creative eye for photography and short-form video (basic editing skills a plus)
- Self-motivated and reliable, able to manage content calendars
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Experience in social media management or eCommerce is an advantage, but not essential
Pay: $40.00 per hour
