About the Role:
Join a dynamic team at our Southport Clinic based on the Gold Coast, specializing in NDIS services. As an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in:

Implementing behaviour support services aligned with NDIS safeguards, focusing on positive behaviour change.
- Developing individualised plans to meet participants' goals and enhance their quality of life.
- Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) and creating Behaviour Support Plans.
- Collaborating within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.
- Managing administrative tasks including record-keeping and billing.
- Advocating for participant rights and promoting community inclusion.
Essential Requirements:

Registration with the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Commission as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Experience in NDIS service delivery and a solid understanding of NDIS frameworks and funding.
- Current NDIS Screening, Working with Children Checks, and NDIS Practitioner ID.
Desirable Criteria:

BCBA or Behaviour Technician registration.
- Experience in clinical settings with individuals with disabilities.
