This is not a “fill your calendar and figure it out” model.
We provide stable referral streams, experienced administrative support, and clear systems that support you to do your best client facing work, while we take care of the intake, billing, and client management processes.

What you can expect
A consistent, reliable caseload
We invest heavily in marketing, referral pathways, and brand visibility. That translates into steady client demand and less time worrying about gaps in your calendar.
Admin support that genuinely supports you
Our experienced admin team manages intakes, bookings, billing, and client coordination. This frees you up from following up on referrals, fielding phone calls and chasing payments and allows your focus to remain on providing the best possible care to your clients.
Structured supervision and peer support
- Group supervision available 3 times per month, with sessions scheduled across different days and times to support accessibility
- Monthly individual supervision (for clinicians working 15+ hours per week
- A diverse and balanced team of early-career and experienced psychologists
Professional development
- Mental Health Academy membership included for eligible clinicians
- Additional professional development support considered on a case-by-case basis
Clear systems and boundaries
We have well defined processes across cancellations, billing, file management and client communication. This reduces ambiguity for our clients and protects your time and energy.

The role
- In-clinic position based primarily in Forest Hill (limited availability at Ringwood)
- Work with adolescents and adults, with optional child work if desired
- Caseload shaped in collaboration with you based on your interests and experience
- No requirement to undertake assessment work
- Employee or contractor arrangements available
Remuneration
- Above award rates

Who we’re looking for
You are:
- Fully registered with AHPRA
- Medicare eligible
- Comfortable working with adolescents and/or adults (child work optional)
- Committed to ethical, evidence-based practice
- Looking for an in-person, clinic-based role
- Someone who values structure, support, and an established, well-run practice
