Position: Fast Food Manager
Position type: Full-time (38 hours per week)
Salary: $79,499 per annum plus superannuation

Our client Fish Fish Pty Ltd is looking to fulfil a position for a full-time shop manager for their fish and chips store in South Penrith.
The successful candidate will be undertaking the following duties:
- Managed product selection and inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and high-quality customer service standards.
- Developed and implemented purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Coordinated promotional and advertising activities to enhance brand awareness and increase sales.
- Provided exceptional customer service by selling products and services, offering expert advice, and assisting customers with product selection and usage.
- Maintained accurate inventory records, sales data, and financial transaction documentation.
- Assisted in the preparation and management of budgets, monitoring expenditure and financial performance.
- Recruited, trained, supervised, and supported staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and high levels of performance.
- Ensured compliance with workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- A diploma in relevant sector or
- More than 3 years of work experience

Pay: $79,499.00 per year
