We’re looking for a warm, motivated Chiropractic Assistant to join our friendly team. If you’re enthusiastic about health, wellness, and making people feel welcome, we’d love to meet you!
Your role:
- Greeting and assisting patients in a professional, friendly manner
- Managing bookings, phone calls, and day-to-day communications
- Handling admin tasks such as data entry and maintaining records
- Supporting the chiropractor with treatment preparation as needed
- Keeping the reception area and clinic neat and welcoming
- Assisting with patient intake and verifying basic information
- Helping manage the clinic’s social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook)
- Creating and scheduling basic content like stories, posts, reels or health tips
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is organised and reliable
- Has similar working experience or worked in a clinic setting before (preferred)
- Has experience with social media like Instagram, Facebook, or similar platforms (preferred)
- Works well both independently and in a team
- Is proactive, creative, and enjoys engaging with people in person or online
- Bonus if you can speak Cantonese and / or Mandarin.
