Job Duties:
- Responsible for daily maintenance and repair of factory machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure smooth production operations
- Assist in improving equipment efficiency and stability
- Conduct regular inspections to prevent potential issues
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities
- Support maintenance of other factory facilities and equipment
Job Requirements:
- Experience in maintenance and repair of large-scale machinery
- Factory experience preferred (bakery or food production experience is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or related technical fields
- Ability to read basic technical documents
- Basic English communication skills (required for liaising with equipment suppliers)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player
Working Hours:
- 2–3 days per week (Part-time) or flexible arrangement
- Full-time may be considered depending on experience
