The Business Support Officer reports to the Manager, Business Support and is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of the regional business support team, which provides a range of administrative services to regional management and staff, including support for finance, staff development and other functions. The role also has responsibility for the accurate and efficient production of various functional area reports, correspondence, and documentation.
Through effective planning, governance and business improvement initiatives, the Business Support Officer actively contributes to the achievement of QAS business objectives and key performance indicators and provides a high level of assistance to the region in support of operational service delivery.
