Key Responsibilities
Deliver outcome-focused vocational education and training (VET) programs aligned with national training package requirements
Lead effective teaching and learning across classroom, workplace, simulated and online environments
Design, develop and implement industry-aligned assessment tools and practices
Use flexible, blended and inclusive learning approaches to support diverse student cohorts
Maintain currency with industry practices, teaching methodologies and educational technologies
Monitor student progress, provide feedback and support learning outcomes
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance activities
Promote safe work practices, sustainability and positive learning environments
Build effective relationships with students, staff, industry and stakeholders
The ideal applicant will demonstrate:
Strong knowledge of national training packages and accredited courses
Capability to deliver engaging, industry-relevant and technology-enhanced learning
Effective communication, teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills
Commitment to continuous professional development and industry currency

What you'll need:
Mandatory Qualifications / Requirements
CPC32420 / CPC40920 Certificate III & Certificate IV Plumbing/Drainage/Gas Fitting, or equivalent.
TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
Extensive experience in the Plumbing industry
Note: Evidence of qualifications and industry currency will be required at interview.
Highly desirable:
Digital literacy skills across various software and databases
Current Gas Fitters License
Current EWP ticket
