We create meaningful sport partnerships that reach fans' hearts and minds. As Sport Partnerships Executive, you'll join OM's partnerships team working on one of Australia's most recognisable brands.
You'll build smart, culturally relevant partnerships at scale by managing sponsorship assets and ensuring creative best practice across live and in-game environments. You'll contribute to team ideation and bring content ideas to life across AFL, NRL, and Gaming.

The Opportunity
You'll join an established partnerships teams at OM Content, working on one of the world's most iconic brands.
This role is all about building culturally relevant, large-scale sport partnerships. You'll help manage the sponsorship asset process, ensuring your client shows up in smart, creative way across live play and in-and-around-the-game environments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the full sponsorship lifecycle from ideation to activation
- Managing sponsorship assets and ensuring best-practice execution
- Assisting with campaign planning, reporting and presentations
- Applying client and media data to optimise work
- Supporting internal brainstorms and partnership development
- Managing financial processes and budget tracking
- Building strong relationships with clients, media and partners
Who We're Looking For
- 0-2 years' experience
- A genuine passion for sport, sponsorships, media and branded content
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Curious, creative and culturally aware
- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
