Are you an experienced irrigation professional ready to step into a leadership role, or a current supervisor looking for a fresh challenge?
We’re working with a well-established and growing contractor delivering irrigation installation, upgrades, and maintenance projects across the Perth metro area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be out in the field supporting your team while ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
You’ll take the lead on a range of irrigation projects, overseeing both installation and maintenance works while supporting a small team of technicians.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting field teams across multiple projects

Managing irrigation installations, upgrades, and servicing works

Diagnosing faults and overseeing repairs on existing systems

Coordinating materials, subcontractors, and job scheduling

Monitoring job progress, quality, and safety compliance

Maintaining strong client relationships on-site
- Hands-on irrigation experience (essential)

Experience leading crews or stepping into a supervisory role

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Good communication and customer-facing skills

Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage daily workloads

White Card & Driver’s Licence (required)

Qualifications in Irrigation, Horticulture, Turf or similar (highly regarded)
