Empowering Beauty AU is a growing beauty clinic specialising in face, body and skin treatments. We are passionate about self-care, wellness and results-driven services, and pride ourselves on creating a warm, professional environment where clients leave feeling confident, cared for and empowered.
As our Alphington clinic continues to grow, we are looking for Beauty Therapists (Part-Time and Full-Time) to join our supportive and close-knit team. We welcome applications from both experienced therapists and passionate junior therapists who are eager to learn, grow and build a long-term career in the beauty industry.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys treating clients, contributing to daily clinic operations and delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Your role will include:
Performing a variety of beauty treatments including facials, massage, brows and lashes, waxing, makeup and body treatments.
Conducting professional consultations and recommending tailored treatment plans and home-care products.
Performing body contouring treatments (full training provided).
Actively selling and retailing products and treatment packages to support client results and clinic growth.
Opening and closing the clinic on rostered shifts.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the clinic.
Supporting reception duties and client flow when required, including bookings and client enquiries.
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding client journey.
About you:
You are friendly, reliable and client-focused, with a genuine passion for the beauty industry. You enjoy learning, working towards targets and building strong client relationships. You are confident communicating with clients, making treatment and retail recommendations, and contributing to sales and clinic performance.
To be successful in this role:
A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (or currently completing) is required.
Experienced therapists are preferred, however junior therapists with the right attitude and strong retail potential are encouraged to apply.
Willingness and confidence to recommend treatments and retail products is essential.
Availability to work evening shifts and every Saturday is required.
Strong work ethic, reliability and eagerness to learn.
Australian work rights required. Driver’s licence preferred.
Ongoing training and development will be provided, including advanced and body treatments, with additional support for junior therapists to build confidence and skills.
