The role is focused on helping us connect with and register NDIS participants for our services, even if it begins with one participant.
We are also looking for someone who can build relationships with stakeholders, support coordinators, families, and community partners who can refer participants to our services, regardless of the number of referrals.
As a Business Partner, you will play a key role in representing Levite Care within the community, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our service footprint. Please note that there is no compulsory work time, you can also work as a freelance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health providers, participants, hospitals, community organisations, discharge planners, and other referral partners
- Build and strengthen referral pathways to increase participant intake across Levite Care services
- Engage with NDIS participants, families, carers, and key stakeholders to promote service offerings
- Attend networking events, expos, stakeholder meetings, and community activities to increase brand visibility
- Develop strategies to increase occupancy, participant engagement, and service utilisation
