ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Travel Coordinator to join our Energy & Industrial team based in Adelaide.
This role is responsible for coordinating travel and mobilisation requirements for employees across multiple projects, ensuring personnel movements are planned efficiently and in accordance with project schedules and company procedures. Working closely with project teams, employees, travel providers and internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery through effective travel coordination.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating travel and accommodation requirements for project personnel while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company processes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate flight, accommodation and hire car bookings using approved travel management systems.
Manage mobilisation and demobilisation travel requirements for employees across multiple projects.
Liaise with project teams, employees, travel providers and accommodation suppliers to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
Monitor travel schedules and respond to booking changes, cancellations and urgent travel requests.
Review travel-related invoices and assist with cost tracking and reconciliation activities.
Maintain accurate travel records, reports and employee movement registers.
Support onboarding and mobilisation processes for new employees.
Assist with roster updates and workforce scheduling activities where required.
Ensure travel arrangements comply with company policies, project requirements and budget expectations.
Prepare regular travel and mobilisation reports for project teams and management.
Provide administrative support to the broader project and operations teams as required.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in travel coordination, workforce mobilisation, administration, project support or a similar role.
Possesses strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Has excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Demonstrates strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Is proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.
Has the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
Highly Regarded
Experience coordinating FIFO or project-based workforce travel.
Experience using travel management or booking systems.
Previous experience supporting engineering, construction, mining, energy or industrial projects.
