About the Role
As an Experienced Cabinet Maker, you'll be responsible for manufacturing high-quality custom joinery from start to finish, ensuring every project meets Mii Kitchen's exceptional standards.
Your duties will include:
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings.
- Manufacturing kitchens, laundries, wardrobes, vanities, and custom joinery.
- Operating a variety of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely.
- Assembling and preparing cabinetry for installation.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control.
- Working collaboratively with the factory and installation teams.
- Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe.
To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need:
- Previous experience as a qualified Cabinet Maker or experienced Tradesman.
- Ability to confidently read and interpret joinery drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Excellent knowledge of cabinet-making techniques and materials.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a positive attitude.
- Current White Card.
- Own reliable transport to and from work.
- Full Australian working rights.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience manufacturing high-end residential joinery.
- Have experience with both laminate and polyurethane cabinetry.
- Can problem-solve and work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
