Kinross College is a vibrant secondary school catering for students from Kinross, Burns Beach, Mindarie and part of Quinns Rocks, located in the City of Joondalup. Situated in the north-western suburbs on the coastal strip, some 30 kilometres from Perth CBD and 1 kilometre from the ocean, its position is advantageous in terms of accessibility. Our student intake includes students from Year 7 to 12. All students are taught by subject specialist teachers and in addition to core curriculum, the school offers a wide range of Elective subjects for years 9 and 10 students and a very comprehensive course selection for years 11 and 12 with Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR), Pathways and Certification courses. The Role
As the Manager Corporate Services, you would provide comprehensive oversight of the school's critical components, namely financial, physical, and human resources. In this role, you would play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the school's operations. This would involve supervising school support staff, guiding them in the meticulous administration of tasks related to financial management, asset maintenance, and human resource coordination. Your adept management would ensure that the school's financial operations adhere to established standards and contribute to the overall success of the institution.
Collaborating closely with the Principal and the executive team, you will ideally actively contribute to the development of business and marketing plans, reflecting a shared commitment to excellence and a positive impact on students' lives. You will ideally possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills which would assist when working with the leadership team, staff, families and the wider community.

- Demonstrated highly developed human resource management skills, including the ability to develop and apply human resource management practices and systems in leading and managing staff.
