Capital SMART is Australia and New Zealand's leading accident repair network, with 60+ sites delivering high-quality repairs every day. We're looking for an experienced Detailer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role
You're the last person to touch the vehicle before it goes back to the customer — responsible for final finish quality, cleanliness, and making sure every repair meets the Capital SMART standard.
What you'll be doing:

Quality checking vehicles on receipt to confirm all prior work is complete

Washing and cleaning vehicle exteriors to a high standard

Buffing, de-nibbing, and polishing paintwork to achieve the required finish

Identifying any paint or finish imperfections and addressing them before handover

Keeping your workspace clean and organised

Completing accurate records of work completed
What we're looking for:

Previous detailing experience in a panel shop or collision repair environment

Solid hands-on knowledge of buffing, polishing, and de-nibbing techniques

A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to work efficiently within a production repair process

Reliable, punctual, and a team player
