What you will do
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining clear work instructions, maintenance procedures, and supporting documentation for contractors, ensuring they are fit for purpose and aligned with asset requirements. The role also involves reviewing contractor feedback and maintenance outcomes to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement objectives are achieved.
- Develop map, work packs and supporting documentation.
- Review and validate maintenance instructions to ensure they are fit for purpose and aligned with asset requirements.
- Conduct site visits to verify maintenance activities are delivered safely, correctly, and to the required standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to contractors.
- Review contractor feedback and ensure quality and compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate compliance monitoring and review inspection reports.
- Deliver training and mentoring to field staff.
About you
You work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks and are driven to increase business efficiency through process improvements. You have knowledge of asset management principles as well as operations and maintenance practices.
Previous Experience
- Experience with MS Excel and MS Word is preferable
- Considerable experience in field-based work scheduling, planning or management in a large infrastructure-based service organisation
- Current ‘C’ Class Divers licence
