SCR/VIGS is a fast-growing Wollongong-based business group operating across home services and B2B industries, including roofing, concreting, remedial building, solar, electrical, project management, flooring and digital marketing. We are scaling toward 21 companies using a proven, repeatable sales structure backed by a successful US model.
The role:
We are looking for a sharp, high-energy Sales Trainer and Management Consultant to partner directly with the Founder. You will build and formalise our localised sales structure, then roll it out across our business units, meeting each team at their level of maturity.
Key responsibilities:
Liaise with our US team to document and adapt their proven sales engine for the Australian market
Train teams on our in-home presentation model, bridging face-to-face selling with AI workflow tools
Hold business owners and sales teams accountable to KPIs, pipelines and activity targets
Help hire full-time sales professionals and trainers as the model stabilises
What we are looking for:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Trainer or Management Consultant, ideally in home services, trades or multi-entity groups
Experience adapting international (US) sales models is highly regarded
The vision to build the model and the grit to ensure teams stick to it

Pay: $64,173.70 – $172,153.57 per year
