About the role
Join SA Pathology as a Call Centre Supervisor and lead a dedicated team that plays a vital role in supporting healthcare services across South Australia. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Call Centre and External Sends Results Department, ensuring enquiries, results and key processes are managed efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine people leadership with service improvement in a fast-paced environment. You will coach and develop staff, monitor performance against key indicators, manage workflows and build strong relationships with laboratory, business and operational teams to ensure timely, accurate and responsive service delivery.
