Position Summary
We are seeking Full-Time employees to join our Apparel & Craft Team at our Workshop in Salisbury, Adelaide. As part of our Apparel & Craft department, you will be responsible for supporting our production lines in producing quality clothing/craft product and gaining an understanding of our products and processes.
We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, task orientated and reliable. You will need to be good with your hands, ready to learn and have a good attitude to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve production KPIs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
- Adhere to all safe work procedures and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including performing general housekeeping duties.
- Operate an automatic cutting machine efficiently and safely.
- Monitor the quality of fabric and cutting work, promptly addressing any issues.
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience operating sewing machines is essential.
- Familiarity with production or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow reasonable directions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible, with the willingness to work overtime as needed.
